Felt like something important was missing from training

I have used several remote working tools before, and I was hopeful WFHI’s training would be similarly comprehensive. While the sessions covered many standard topics well, I kept feeling there was a key element missing. Compared to my past experiences, the training felt somewhat thin on practical real-life examples that I could directly relate to my day-to-day workflow. The onboarding guide was clear on steps like setting up the dialer and importing the database, but it lacked detail on troubleshooting common issues users might face. Also, I expected more emphasis on how automatic updates would impact the software’s behavior over time. The telephonic support promised wasn’t very confident in answering some of my questions when I called, which added to my uncertainty. The sign-up and invoicing were straightforward enough, which was a relief, but the lack in training depth made me question whether I could fully make use of all features. I understand that every product is different, but I feel this training missed the mark when compared with my previous experiences elsewhere. I’m still exploring whether I can supplement this with my own research or other resources because I want to use the software effectively but felt unsupported in the learning phase.
