felt like some key parts were missing
I started the training with decent confidence, hoping the onboarding would cover most things thoroughly. Honestly, the initial setup part was okay and the intro videos helped me get a basic sense of navigation, but as the sessions went on, I felt like the flow wasn’t complete. I mean, it covered the general use and some of the calling tools, but I didn’t feel fully ready to handle real workflows by the end. The little database features they showed seemed useful but weren’t explained with enough depth, making me question if they’d fit with my daily work. I also wish there was a bit more hands-on practice or examples tailored specifically to my type of remote setup. What I got felt a bit too general and sometimes rushed through. The telephonic support introduction was okay, but still, I wasn’t completely sure when or how to reach out for priority help effectively. Overall, I like that I got some basics, but it fell short of giving me full confidence to run everything smoothly from day one. Hopefully they refine the onboarding a bit to cover more practical parts thoroughly because right now I’m still a bit uncertain.
