felt like setup never really finished
I was hoping to get a smooth start when I signed up for the software, but honestly it felt like the setup dragged on way longer than it should. A lot of time went into one-off configuration tasks that seemed necessary but were quite complicated to get through without hitting snags. Even after the initial setup, there kept being ongoing issues where certain features like the dialer wouldn’t work properly without repeated fixes. It felt like I was spending more time fixing things rather than actually using the software for my workflows. Automatic updates didn't seem to smooth over this because sometimes they even introduced small bugs that slowed me down further. Support was reachable but the process to get a meaningful solution took time and felt frustrating. Overall, the whole thing gave an impression of being half-ready rather than a polished product to use straight away. I needed software that could let me get going quickly without feeling stuck in endless setup loops and troubleshooting, but this fell short on that front in my experience.
