Felt like nothing really matched my actual work hours
So I looked carefully at how this whole sign-up and sales process runs, hoping it would fit neatly around my work hours. Initially, I thought the online information was promising, but when I actually started going through sign-up and asking questions, the available support hours felt very limited. It was strange because I work pretty variable hours, and I found it quite tough to get help when I needed, especially since some communications were set around very fixed time slots. Also, the need to slot my onboarding and training during tight windows made me feel pressured and a bit rushed, which isn't what I wanted. The invoicing and payment procedures themselves were clear enough, but they didn’t compensate for the general mismatch in timings. Overall, the whole thing just felt like it wasn’t designed with people like me in mind, whose hours aren’t 9 to 5 sharp. It came across as a bit of a mismatch, and unfortunately, that made me question whether I would stick with it long term. There was potential, but the timing factor was honestly a barrier for me.
