Felt like mostly figuring it all out myself
Looking back at the training and onboarding, I realize I spent a lot more time than I expected trying to figure out the software without clear guidance. The training material was available but felt somewhat generic or not specific enough to the workflows I needed to set up. I often found myself hunting through menus and trying features without a solid explanation of what the best practices were. Though some parts of the onboarding were okay, I felt like the process expected me to learn things on my own rather than guiding me step-by-step. This made the early days more frustrating than helpful because I worried I was missing something important or doing things in a less efficient way. The database feature wasn’t hard to use once I understood it, but that took trial and error. On the plus side, the dialer and calling tools worked as I anticipated, with no surprises there. The support was reachable but I rarely got really detailed explanations about the onboarding process. Overall, it felt like a DIY experience rather than a smooth guided start, which made the whole thing feel more overwhelming than I expected at first.
