Felt like I was swimming in uncertainty throughout
The whole sales and pre-purchase experience with the WFHI software was fairly taxing and left me feeling uncertain about what to expect in future engagements. Initially, I thought the process sign-up and payment would be straightforward, but the details were not fully clear, which meant I needed to repeatedly reach out for clarification. The telephonic support was responsive at the moment I called, but I was never quite sure if calling them again in the future would be just as smooth or if I'd face the same hurdles. While the training seemed well-structured on paper, starting the course felt a bit overwhelming without any clear visualization of the path ahead. It felt like the whole experience was patchy, with bits and pieces fitting together yet not enough to feel fully confident using the software autonomously next time. The automatic updates, while useful, added to a sense of unpredictability about the software’s behavior between calls and database management. Invoices arrived without issue, but the lack of transparency in early communication made me hesitant to fully rely on their services again. Overall, the process left me searching for more consistent clarity, and though some moments were okay, this lingering sense of uncertainty shapes my view of the entire experience.
