Felt Like Figuring Things Out As You Go
I’d say my experience with the training and onboarding felt pretty organic—almost like I was feeling my way through the software rather than following a rigid guide. It wasn’t all laid out explicitly from the start, so there was some trial and error involved, especially when working with the calling tools and dialer. This actually helped me understand the mechanics more deeply, though I sometimes wished there had been clearer early instructions. The database features required a bit of self-teaching too, since the automatic updates sometimes changed how things behaved. Chatting with the support team on the phone helped fill in gaps but wasn’t always immediate. Overall, this approach made the process feel less like a lecture and more like a real learning experience where I was actively involved. That casual yet hands-on feel probably won’t suit everyone but worked well for me.
