Felt like figuring out stuff mostly on my own, but some help was okay
I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting into when I first signed up with WFHI’s software and training, and honestly, I had to figure a lot out by myself. The onboarding flow was straightforward enough, but some features like the calling tools and the dialer needed me to spend extra time poking around before things made sense. The database was probably the thing I appreciated most because it tied in nicely with how I organize info, but I still had to get to grips with new layout changes from automatic updates on my own. I did try the telephonic support a couple of times, and while they were polite and gave some answers, it wasn’t like they walked me through step-by-step. Invoicing and payment stuff came through fine and sign-up wasn’t a hassle, which I liked. Overall, I’d describe it as a mix — some parts worked out without much trouble, and some parts definitely needed extra patience and self-teaching. If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out with limited handholding, this could work for you. I probably would say to a friend that it’s okay but be ready to spend some time learning without expecting everything to be spoon-fed.
