Felt like figuring out everything by myself
Using WFHI software felt a bit like I was on my own for much of it. While signing up and paying was relatively straightforward, diving into the software for remote workflows wasn’t immediately intuitive. The database feature required significant trial and error to get right, and I had to learn the dialer and calling tools mostly by myself. Automatic updates sometimes caused unexpected changes, which weren’t clearly communicated, leading to confusion. Telephonic support was helpful when eventually reached, but response times were slow initially. I acknowledge that some training materials were provided, though they did not cover all practical issues I encountered. The experience left me wishing for more guided onboarding to minimize the guesswork, which would have made adopting the tool feel less daunting overall.
