Felt like a step down overall
I was expecting that switching from what I used previously to this setup would make managing remote workflows smoother, but it didn’t really work out that way. The initial sign-up and onboarding process was straightforward enough, which I will admit was simpler than what I had dealt with before. However, the actual software felt clunkier and less intuitive than the last tools I used. The dialer functionality was especially disappointing; I expected better integration but ran into more glitches than I thought possible. I tried using the database feature to keep track of contacts but found it wasn’t as flexible as I needed for my workflow. The automatic updates promised were mostly silent and didn’t disrupt me, so on that front it was okay. Still, the telephonic support, which I thought might help me get adjusted, was slow to respond and often lacked clear answers. Overall, I had hoped for smoother billing and payment explanations too, but that was another area where things felt off compared to past experiences. It just didn’t feel seamless or well thought out as I had anticipated based on what I’d used before.
