My overall experience with the pre-purchase sales process was fairly tedious. The amount of back-and-forth emails and repeated explanations was more than I anticipated. I spent quite a bit of time waiting for responses after initial inquiries, which slowed down my ability to make a decision. Some basic questions had to be asked multiple times because the responses felt unclear or not fully relevant the first time around. The sales agents forwarded me to different people, which added more steps instead of simplifying the process. There was no real streamlined flow, and I ended up feeling frustrated that what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into something prolonged. The documentation provided was minimal and didn't address many of my concerns upfront. The sign-up process after purchase was normal enough, but all the waiting and repeating beforehand left a sour taste. Overall, I would describe the experience as inefficient and somewhat discouraging, especially when compared with more straightforward sales processes in the software space.
