Felt like a hassle more than a help

I was hoping for something smoother than what I’d used before, but the onboarding was a bit confusing. There was this moment when I had to figure out how to use the calling tools; compared to my previous setup, this felt unnecessarily complicated and not intuitive. On the positive side, the invoice and payment process at least went off without a hitch, which was a relief. But overall, the software itself didn’t deliver the seamless experience I expected—especially the dialer which lacked some features I found indispensable earlier. The database feature seemed decent, though I didn't get far enough into it to say much. Automatic updates happened silently, but I wasn’t sure if they improved anything or caused some lag. Telephonic support tried to help, but the responses often felt generic and slow to arrive, missing the mark when I needed real-time advice. Signing up was straightforward but didn’t lead to much ease once I was inside. The trouble mainly felt like a mismatch between what this software promised and what was practical day to day. It all left me wondering if I’d be better off sticking with my previous tools, even if they weren’t perfect. In the end, it felt more like a hassle than a help to switch to this system.
