felt like a hassle from the start
Honestly, setting up with WFHI felt more complicated than I expected, and it was hard to know what would be a one-time setup step versus something ongoing. I kept running into issues where I wasn’t sure if the problems were one-offs or if I would have to keep dealing with the same glitches every session. The onboarding wasn’t clear enough for me to feel confident, and training felt like it didn’t address what I actually needed. The sales and sign-up process seemed to drag on without giving a clear picture of what the long-term experience would look like, which left me frustrated. Whenever I tried to use the software or dialer, it just didn’t work as smoothly as promised, which added to my disappointment. The support team was okay but couldn’t resolve my core issues quickly, so I ended up feeling stuck. Payment and invoicing were handled reasonably well, but it couldn’t compensate for the daily hassles I faced. Overall, the whole thing felt like a hassle and didn’t suit the kind of remote work I was aiming for, so I’m not planning to continue with it based on this experience.
