Felt like a familiar yet fresh setup
I came to WFHI after trying a few other remote workflow tools, and honestly the feeling was quite different this time. Unlike those platforms that felt clunky or just over-complicated, this one just kind of flowed naturally. I was able to get through the onboarding without banging my head on too many confusing menus or options. What really struck me was how the calling tools felt smoother, less laggy than what I'd experienced elsewhere. The dialer didn’t freeze up mid-call like before, which was such a relief. I guess what I'm circling back to is that it just felt more like a system that actually understands the user, not just a machine you have to wrestle with. I'll probably stick with this since it just fits better in my daily routine, which wasn’t the case before.
