Felt like a cycle of setup that never really ended
From the beginning, I was under the impression that setting up the software would be mostly a one-off task, but it turned out to be much more ongoing than I expected. I spent a great deal of time trying to configure the database feature to work properly with my existing workflows, but it felt like each adjustment triggered new issues the next day. Training helped initially, but later on, I continuously needed to contact support to address unexpected bugs, especially with the calling tools and dialer not responding consistently. There was little sense of the system stabilizing, and updates seemed to break as often as fix things. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough, but dealing with persistent technical challenges felt draining. It never felt like something you did once, then left alone — it required repeated effort and troubleshooting. Overall, the whole experience felt frustrating and circular, as though I was trapped in an endless setup loop without ever getting the software to properly support my remote workflow.
