Felt like a constant hassle
Man, from the moment I started using the software to run my calling workflows, it felt like nothing was smooth. Day after day, the dialer kept freezing at random times, and this made keeping my schedule impossible. The database feature that’s supposed to keep track of contacts didn’t sync properly, so sometimes I’d lose important info, which was super frustrating. I tried reaching out to telephonic support multiple times, but the wait times were long and I didn’t get much clarity or help during calls. Automatic updates would pop up without warning and sometimes reset settings I had adjusted, meaning I had to spend more time fixing things than actually working. The whole invoicing and payment process was a mess too; I didn’t even get my invoice on time to check what I was being charged for. Honestly, using WFHI software just ended up feeling like a chore I’d want to avoid, not something that made my remote work easier at all.
