Felt kinda surprised by how vague the sales info was
I wasn't very confident by the end of the pre-purchase phase with WFHI. The sales process was unusually brief and didn't clarify all my doubts upfront, which was surprising. I expected more transparency about how the software and training would integrate with my specific needs. After signing up, the onboarding and initial use were somewhat smoother than I feared, which was good. Still, the lack of detailed answers during sales left me unevenly prepared. The invoicing and payment were fine and straightforward, but that didn't quite compensate for the uncertainty I felt earlier. So overall, I walked away feeling cautious and only somewhat hopeful. I didn't expect the sales experience to be that unexpectedly lacking, considering the rest seemed decent. Honestly, it was a surprising gap that I'd want fixed for future customers to gain better confidence before committing.
