Felt kind of unsure until things finally made sense
I started with the WFHI software expecting a smooth experience but initially felt a bit unsure about the flow. The sales and pre-purchase steps introduced some good features, especially the calling tools and dialer, which seemed really promising. However, it took a while to fully grasp how all the components, like the database and automatic updates, worked together. The sign-up process was straightforward, but I was hesitant about how easy ongoing management would be. After spending time with the training materials and trying out the software myself, there was a moment late in my first week when I finally felt confident it would suit my needs. That’s when it clicked for me—once you get the hang of the interface and understand the invoicing and payment steps, it’s pretty manageable. The telephonic support was helpful enough to answer my basic questions, which also helped build some confidence along the way. So while I started off a bit wary, by the end I was cautiously optimistic about using WFHI.
