Felt good getting started, mostly thanks to clear labeling
I have to say, my feeling after going through WFHI’s onboarding process was pretty positive, and I think a big part of that came from how understandable the wording and labels in the software were. Nothing felt too technical or confusing, which is rare with a new tool. As I was clicking through the training and exploring the calling tools and database, the labels made it easier to know what each function would do so I didn't have to guess or run into trouble. There were some moments when I circled back to check something because I wanted to be sure I got it right, and the simple descriptions made that less frustrating. Also, the language used during setup and invoicing was straightforward, so I never felt lost. So while I’m a bit casual with software in general, this particular experience made me feel confident that I could really stick with it.
