Felt confused, steps weren’t fully logical for me

My overall impression of the sales and pre-purchase steps was quite disappointing, largely because the order in which things unfolded felt odd and disjointed. I expected a clear progression from understanding the software offerings to signing up and then paying, but I found myself jumping back and forth trying to get what I needed. For instance, while the invoicing system worked reasonably well once I committed, the initial information about different software features and training modules was scattered, and I couldn’t easily compare or decide which option suited me. The lack of a straightforward pathway made the experience more frustrating than it had to be. Additionally, the automatic updates are nice, but without clarity in early communication, it felt overwhelming alongside the purchasing confusion. Telephonic support was helpful at times but didn’t always clarify those early questions, which contributed to more delays. If this order had been more intuitive, like first explaining features clearly, then sign-up and payment, the process wouldn’t have felt so confusing. Overall, I came away feeling less sure about whether I had properly understood what I was buying, which left me disappointed.
