Felt confident onboarding thanks to sensible training sequence
I really appreciated the way the training and onboarding flowed in a logical order. From the very start, the steps they had me go through made sense and helped build my confidence with the software. Instead of dumping a ton of info at once, it was paced so I could absorb each part—like using the dialer before moving on to the database management section. The instructions weren’t overwhelming and seemed designed for folks who might be new to remote workflows. I only wish there was a little more hands-on practice integrated into the earlier sessions to solidify learning. Still, the sensible sequence kept me engaged and made the learning feel attainable. After completing the core training, I felt prepared enough to handle daily tasks without constantly needing to reference the manual, which is a big confidence booster.
