Felt confident but missing a bit of hands-on stuff
So I went through the whole onboarding and training with WFHI and honestly, by the end I was feeling pretty confident about using their software. The course explained the calling tools clearly, and the dialer setup wasn't confusing at all. I liked how they walked me through database management and integrating it into my workflow. Plus, the automatic updates kept things fresh without me having to do anything. But if I’m honest, it would’ve been great to have more interactive practice or live demos during training. Watching videos was good, but actually trying stuff on the spot with someone’s guidance would have made me feel even more ready. Also, sometimes the explanations felt a bit rushed or skipped over details that I had to figure out later by fiddling around. Support was helpful when I called, which was reassuring, but I think the initial training could cover those tricky bits so less back and forth is needed. Signing up and paying was smooth, and invoices came neatly by email. Overall though, even with the missing hands-on chunk, I definitely felt ready to manage my remote setup and use their software confidently after completing the onboarding materials.
