Felt confident at the end but clearer timelines were missing
Support communication from WFHI was straightforward and left me feeling confident by the time our interaction ended. Whenever I had questions about using the calling tools or onboarding step next, the team gave clear and practical answers fast. This made the setup phase easier and reassured me that help is available if needed in the future. That said, what felt a bit lacking was a clear timeline or estimates of how long the entire training or onboarding would take. Knowing that upfront might have allowed me to plan better. But once engaged, the telephonic support was simple and efficient, with no unnecessary back and forth. I appreciated that every update in the software prompted a notification so I was never caught off guard. Overall, WFHI’s support makes you feel in control, even though a bit more upfront clarity would be welcome.
