By the time I finished the training modules offered through WFHI, I felt confident in using the software tools to manage remote workflows. The training was organized clearly and helped me understand how to navigate the dashboard, operate the dialer, and maintain the database efficiently. Each section built upon previous knowledge, which made the learning process manageable.
