From start to finish, the whole sales and pre-purchase experience felt quite smooth and professional. I appreciated how the sign-up and invoicing process was handled clearly, with all the details laid out understandably. The responses from the team were timely, and they explained the software features in a concise way that made me more confident about what I was purchasing. However, toward the end, I did feel like some of the finer details around the database feature could have been explained a bit better before closing the sale.
