So when I started using the training and onboarding with WFHI, it felt like they had a good plan to get me going but some things kinda went sideways. First, the videos and tutorials made sense and I could follow most steps, but when I hit a snag while setting up the dialer and database connection, it was kinda frustrating. The onboarding flow dropped me a bit on clarity, so I had to reach out to support. They were helpful on the phone but the wait times were longer than I expected. On the plus side, the automatic updates seemed to patch things quickly so some bugs I found went away after a few hours. The payment process was smooth, and invoicing details were clear and easy to access. Training materials covered normal workflows ok but sometimes the examples didn’t quite match what I was doing. I guess overall it felt like a decent start that could have been smoother, especially when problems popped up. Now I’m using the software more regularly and it feels better but those early hiccups made it less confidence-inspiring than I hoped for.
