Felt a bit stuck initially, maybe because of slow replies and repeated questions
My initial interaction with WFHI's sales felt somewhat frustrating, primarily because of long waiting periods between responses. I started by sending basic inquiries about their software features and training packages. After a day, I got a generic email that didn't really address my detailed questions. I followed up multiple times, and unfortunately, I had to repeat myself each time, explaining the same points about my needs. The wait times and repetition felt like the team wasn't fully prepared, which made me hesitate. Eventually, when the replies became more tailored, I started grasping the benefits of their database and dialer tools. The sign-up and payment process was explained more clearly at this stage. Still, the initial phase left me with a feeling that the sales process could be more streamlined and responsive. For someone who values quick and straightforward communication, this could be a drawback, but I'm considering giving the product a try due to its apparent potential. The mixed impression is mainly about the early slowness versus the later clarity in communication.
