Felt a bit lost initially, but found my way
Before purchasing the software and training services, I had to figure out much of the process on my own. The sales info available wasn’t fully comprehensive about onboarding timelines or the nuances of the calling tools. I had to spend time reading through manuals and watching training sessions to understand how to make the most of the database feature and the dialer. While the sign-up and payment processes were clear and straightforward enough, detailed explanations of how automatic updates impacted software performance were missing. The telephonic support was accessible but sometimes lacked guidance on specific issues unless I was very precise with my questions. After some trial and error, I gradually got a reasonable handle on the workflow and how all features interacted. Overall, it was a positive experience, but the learning curve was steeper than I initially expected because a lot had to be worked out independently rather than explained upfront.
