Felt a bit like a rollercoaster ride overall
So, I was curious whether I should go for WFHI’s offering, and honestly, the sales and pre-purchase stages were kind of a mixed bag. On one hand, the team was helpful in explaining what the software could do, and they patiently answered my questions about the database and calling tools. That was reassuring, and I felt fairly confident about the sign-up and payment process based on that. But on the other hand, some parts of the explanation felt a bit rushed, especially when it came to the training and ongoing support options. It left me wondering how hands-on the assistance would really be after purchase. The demo showed the automatic updates working well, which was a plus, but I still wasn’t sure about how smoothly the onboarding would go, since the steps seemed a bit complex. The invoicing system sounded straightforward, though I wanted to see it in action. By the end of it all, I felt like I'd got some useful info but still had a few doubts about the whole setup's adaptability to my needs. The whole process felt a bit like a rollercoaster — exciting but with a few ups and downs that made me cautious. I think if they improved the clarity at the pre-purchase stage, I’d be more confident next time. Still, I’m open to trying out the software and seeing how it goes in practice.
