I reached out to support multiple times during the onboarding phase, which was supposed to get me familiar with the dialer and database features. The response time was decent during office hours but slower in the evenings when I was actually trying to get some work done. Sometimes the explanations felt kind of generic, like they didn't fully understand my exact issue, especially when I was trying to sync the call logs with the database automatically. On the upside, when I got through to the person on the phone, they were polite and patient, and they cleaned up some configuration problems that kept throwing off the dialer. The automatic updates seemed to break some settings though, which was frustrating; I had hoped the software would get better over time without much hassle. Overall, communication was a mixed bag – not terrible but not seamless either, which meant I spent more time troubleshooting than I wanted. That said, the invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough, so at least the business side didn’t add any stress. In summary, support wasn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for clearer and quicker responses, especially when you're relying on these tools day to day.
