Feels mostly reliable day to day, just wish onboarding was less repetitive
Using the training day to day feels fairly reliable now, but honestly, it was pretty repetitive at first. I've gone over most of the basics several times because sometimes the software doesn’t behave exactly as expected on the first try, and the documentation only partly covers those little quirks. Once I got past the initial onboarding excitement, it became clear that I still needed to self-manage quite a bit, especially with the calling tools and dialer synchronization. The database updates happen smoothly most days, but sometimes the training didn't prepare me for certain user interface changes after automatic updates, which required some extra effort. I often find myself wishing for a more dynamic and responsive training process rather than just the static videos I initially received. Invoicing and payments are straightforward enough and have become a routine part with little fuss. Support has been okay but sometimes feels like I have to repeat myself or wait for callbacks, which can be tiresome when you just want quick clarity. Despite these minor annoyances, I keep using it because it generally functions well, and the value of the software shines after you get the hang of it. Hopefully, future training iterations will focus more on day-to-day practical issues rather than only onboarding basics. For now, it’s good but not perfect.
