Feels like familiar ground, but with better help
Switching from my previous remote workflow tools to this system felt generally smooth, but I noticed some differences in how support communication worked. Previously, I had more immediate callbacks during busy periods, which sometimes made a difference on urgent issues. Here, the telephonic support is really helpful and polite, yet occasionally a bit slower, perhaps because the team balances many queries. The updates to the software happen automatically and often improve functionalities, which is better than what I was used to where we had to manage updates manually. The dialer and calling tools felt intuitive enough, and the database feature integrated well with my workflow, which cut down on manual data tracking. Signing up and paying was straightforward, and the invoicing process was transparent. I’d say the onboarding flow was logical, but a little more guidance during training could make it feel less like trial and error. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the switch, and I’d recommend it with the small note of keeping expectations moderate on instant support callbacks.
