feeling thi ki training bohot slow aur unresponsive hai
Main jo training aur onboarding process se guzri, wo sach mein thoda frustrating thi. Response time itna slow tha ki main kabhi kabhi sochti thi kya mera message unko mila hai bhi ya nahi. Jab main kisi question ke liye help mangti, toh replies delay se milte. Kahin baar lagta tha ki wo log excited nahi hain answer dene ke liye ya unka focus kahi aur hai. Training material bhi thoda repetitive tha, matlab same cheeze baar baar samjhayi ja rahi thi. Mujhe lagti thi ki agar thodi zyada speed se aur responsive tareeke se ye sab chalta toh main easily continue kar paati. Overall yeh pura training experience kaafi dull aur uncooperative mehsoos hui mujhe. Main thodi disappointed thi kyunki software itself kaafi promising tha, par onboarding mein jo kisi se baat karni thi wo itni helpful nahi thi. Mujhe lagti thi ye sab process streamline hona chahiye tha aur thoda friendly touch hona chahiye tha.
