feeling split between old and new training styles
I have used other remote workflow tools before and was curious how this training would compare so I could decide if I was gaining value. The training kind of hit both marks. On one side, it was detailed enough to cover many parts of the process, but on the other, it was a bit abrupt at times which made soaking it all in a little hard. The onboarding felt unfinished in spots, like when I was introduced to the dialer - I understood the basics but some of the finer points had to be figured out alone. The database feature was a welcome addition but it wasn’t clear how best to leverage it right away. Signing up and making payments was straightforward though, which I liked. Overall, the feeling is well balanced – it has useful parts that matched or exceeded what I knew, but also some areas where it fell short or needed more hands-on time. So, I’m not sure if I’d call it better or worse, just noticeably different and that may suit different people differently.
