feeling ready to tackle the remote setup now
Hey there! Just wanted to share how my training and onboarding went with the wfhi software. So, after a few sessions and trying things myself, I gotta say I'm feeling pretty confident finally. When I started, I was kind of lost with the dialer and how the database works — it was all a bit much at first. But the training videos and guides helped, plus their support was around when I needed some quick help. I liked how the automatic updates didn’t mess up anything, so I could keep working without stress. Signing up and paying was simple enough too, no complications there. By the end of the onboarding flow, all the calling tools were clear, and I understood how to organize the data for my everyday use. I still think some parts could be explained better or faster, but overall, I feel ready to use this software regularly for my work. It’s not like I’m an expert yet, but I’m not fumbling every time either, so that’s progress. Hopefully, with time and more practice, I’ll get even more comfortable. So yeah, I’d say the training left me feeling good about starting out and managing remote workflows more easily now.
