Feeling puzzled, probably because of confusing labels

My experience with the WFHI onboarding and training process was a real mix of feelings. On one hand, some parts were very clear, especially the sections explaining the database and the calling tools. However, I found several labels and descriptions to be confusing, which definitely slowed me down. For example, the terminology used in the training modules sometimes felt inconsistent with what was displayed in the software interface. This made it tricky to follow along, especially during the initial days of use. The automatic updates were sometimes helpful but occasionally altered terms that I had only just gotten used to. I think clarity in wording would really help new users like me become productive faster. Despite that, I appreciated the telephonic support which was patient in explaining things multiple times. Still, I believe with better labeling and perhaps simpler language the onboarding could certainly be smoother. Overall, I remain hopeful but also slightly frustrated — it’s a solid system but could be more intuitive all around.
