Feeling positive despite some times waiting in training sessions
I felt mostly good about the training and onboarding experience with WFHI. The sessions were paced reasonably well, and I liked that the trainers took time to explain details clearly. However, I did notice some repetition during the onboarding steps, with a few concepts revisited multiple times, which sometimes felt a bit redundant. Also, there were moments when I had to wait for responses or for access permissions to be updated during the process. These waiting periods were short but noticeable. Despite these small delays, the overall training helped me feel confident to use the calling tools and manage the database effectively. I appreciated the conversational style of the trainers—it made learning less formal and more engaging. All in all, the journey was positive, even if it could have been a bit more streamlined, and I think this approach helped build a solid foundation to work independently.
