Feeling Positive But You Could Simplify Some Terms
I generally feel positive about the support and communication experience, but you could improve some of the wording and labels to be clearer. When I first used the telephonic support, it was easy to reach out and get someone on the line promptly, which I appreciated. However, some parts of the software have labels that aren’t instantly obvious, like when managing the database features or dialing tools. For example, terms like "Contact Sync Settings" Or "Workflow Automation Triggers" Might confuse users who aren’t deeply technical. It would be better if you used simpler or more descriptive phrases to help new users get a grasp more quickly. That said, once I got familiar with the terminology, the explanations from support were helpful and straightforward. The invoicing and payment process was very clear with concise labels, and the sign-up steps made sense as well. Overall, the communication is effective, but a bit more user-friendly wording in some areas would improve the overall experience.
