Feeling optimistic about setup, but not fully sure why
Thinking about the support and communication with WFHI, I feel quite positive overall though I’m not completely sure what makes it stand out so much compared to others I have tried. The setup process seemed straightforward at first and mostly was a one-time thing, which was a relief because I dislike repetitive configurations. That initial work was somewhat time-consuming but necessary, and after that the need for ongoing adjustments was minimal, which gave me a sense of stability. Telephonic support was available when I needed it, but honestly, I didn’t have to call often, so it feels like the ongoing support is less of a factor in my satisfaction. Maybe it’s just the smoothness of the one-off setup and the peace of mind that comes from knowing I won’t be fixing the same issues repeatedly. All in all, I guess that’s why I’m rating it highly, even if I can’t quite pinpoint each reason exactly.
