Feeling neutral as I figured out most of the training alone
The training and onboarding process with WFHI's software felt mostly self-driven. From the start, I noticed that although some step-by-step guides were provided, I had to figure out a significant portion of the features and setup on my own. While the documentation was available, practical usage required experimenting with the dashboard, dialer tools, and database sections to fully understand how they integrated into my daily workflow. Trainings covered the basics but skipped over nuanced explanations, pushing me to learn by doing. Automatic updates introduced new features without much notification, so adapting quickly was necessary. Telephonic support was available, but I didn’t want to interrupt their time for minor clarifications. Payment and sign-up were smooth enough, with invoicing fairly regular and transparent. Overall, I ended up relying heavily on self-study for onboarding, so I’m neutral about the training—it wasn’t particularly expansive or guided but sufficient enough for me to get the job done after a bit of personal effort.
