Feeling neutral about buying decision
By the time I finished discussing with the sales team and reviewing the invoicing details, I was mostly undecided but leaning toward acceptance. The sales process was straightforward without aggressive persuasion, which I appreciated. However, I did not feel a very strong personal conviction in the software’s unique suitability for my workflow—it seemed competent but not exceptional. The sign-up and payment systems were clear and worked as expected, so at least that part of the experience was reassuring. I think I could have asked more questions to ease my lingering doubts, but I didn’t push extensively. So overall, my verdict is neutral: the purchase was reasonable given what I learned but nothing about it made me immediately enthusiastic or strongly skeptical.
