Feeling mostly confident but there was one niggle
By the time I wrapped up the onboarding and initial training sessions, I was feeling quietly optimistic about navigating the software. The training covered everything from using the database feature to making calls via the dialer, and while some portions felt a little rushed, it mostly left me with a sense that I could manage my workflows independently. The automatic updates were a convenience, though there was a moment when a new interface tweak threw me off briefly before I adjusted. Despite that, everything else, including the setup of my profile and database connectivity, went smoothly enough to build some trust in the system. I appreciated the clear invoicing and payment steps too — no surprises there. However, I did notice that some parts of the training glossed over more advanced options that I’d want to revisit the guides for in future. I wouldn’t say I felt fully at ease with every detail, but my overall impression was positive — confident enough to continue using the tools regularly but aware there’s more to learn if I want to get the most out of it.
