I felt quite confident going through the training and onboarding process, mainly because things were explained very clearly throughout. They laid out the steps carefully so I could follow without getting overwhelmed, which I appreciated since I’m not very tech-savvy. On the downside, some sections were a little dense with information and might be tough for beginners to absorb all at once. However, the pace allowed me to pause and catch up where needed. Overall, the clarity of the instructions helped me set up the calling tools and database smoothly, even when automatic updates made me double-check some settings. This balance between detail and clarity made me trust the process and understand each feature’s role well enough to work comfortably with it now.
