Feeling confident mostly, but might ask for help again
Using WFHI software for remote workflows made me feel pretty confident about managing my tasks, though I think I might need their help again next time. The access setup was mostly straightforward, and I could navigate the dashboard without much hassle. The automatic updates generally improved performance, but once or twice, a minor glitch slowed me down, which meant calling support for quick assistance. The telephonic support team was friendly and helpful, giving stepwise instructions that I could follow easily. I liked how the invoicing and payment process was transparent, making the sign-up hassle-free. Training sessions were well-timed and paced reasonably for someone like me. That said, while I managed to grasp most features, I felt the database section could have had clearer documentation, which left me a bit unsure about optimizing it fully on my own. Overall, I'd say it's a solid setup, and I don't expect major issues, but I might still reach out for support to smooth out the finer points once in a while because there are some little gaps in how intuitive certain functions feel.
