feeling confident after figuring it out
I wasn’t initially sure how much I’d have to wrestle with the training and onboarding, but after going through the process I’m feeling pretty confident now. It’s true that a decent portion of the stuff required me to explore and figure out on my own since not every feature was explained in depth. For example, while the dialer and calling tools were introduced, I found myself learning more by trying them in a few test calls during the onboarding flow. However, the training modules did cover all the core aspects pretty well, especially the invoicing and payment steps which are crucial for managing access to the software. The telephonic support was helpful when I reached out for clarification, striking a good balance between patience and direct answers. Automatic updates happened quietly in the background, so I never had to worry about manually installing anything or losing my place in the training. I guess the reason I’m comfortable now is that the combination of guided content and some self-work gave me a real understanding rather than just superficial info. That sort of mix suits me well and I’d definitely recommend others allocate a bit of time to just play around alongside the formal training.
