Feeling confident about the software, though some areas need work
When I first started the training with WFHI’s software, I wasn’t sure how confident I’d feel by the end. The onboarding was conversational and straightforward, which helped ease me in, and I learned quite a bit about the calling tools and the database feature that I use regularly now. I liked that the telephonic support was ready if I needed assistance during those early days. That definitely made me feel more secure while using the software. However, there was one thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with: the part about automatic updates wasn’t explained enough. I found myself a bit unsure if the updates would cause any interruptions or how often they occurred. That slight uncertainty lingered and required me to do some research on my own to feel fully comfortable. Also, invoicing and payment processes seemed smooth, though I didn’t get much detail about how these are handled behind the scenes. Still, with the training and support I received, I now feel confident using most of the core features. I think with just a bit more clarity around updates and payments, the experience could be even better. Overall, I’d say the training got me ready to use the tools but left a little room to improve on some specifics.
