feeling chill bc support was there when sab gadbad hua
So the training thodi tricky thi, aur jab database sync mein problem ayi, I thought main fass gayi hoon. But actually support ne jaldi help ki, aur dialer ko theek kar diya without much fuss. Automatic updates ne bhi kaafi kaam kiya, never had to manually intervene. Joining process thoda slow tha par once inside sab smoothly chala. Mujhe duplicate calls ka issue tha but wo bhee jaldi solve hua. Invoice and payment ke mamle mein bhi support ne patiently samjhaya kya karna hai. Itni help se mujhe really aam feeling hui ki agar future mein problems ayengi toh support ready hi rahega. Overall, though there were hiccups, the assistance made it feel manageable, aur tension kam ho gaya. Abhi bhi software kaafi user friendly lagta hai, thoda aur polish ho toh aur accha hoga but itna good support ke bina I would have given up. I continue using it base on this experience and will keep hoping for better days!
