Feeling assured, though there was room for improvement
Looking back after using the training module for a few weeks, I can say the onboarding made me reasonably confident with the software tools by the end. It was well-structured, walking me through the basics and progressively opening up more advanced features. The recorded sessions helped me revisit difficult steps, which was very useful when setting up the dialer and managing the database. What held me back slightly was the pacing; a few sections felt rushed, especially when moving from the calling tool to the workflow setup. But overall, the combination of live support and easy-to-follow tutorials made me feel ready to handle most tasks independently. The updates they rolled out during that period also kept the software fresh and sometimes introduced new features that required a bit of catching up. I appreciated how the training was responsive to those changes as well. Reflecting on the entire process, the confidence I gained was steady and solid, though I wished there was a little more time allotted for clarifying complex functions. Still, it was an experience I’d consider a positive foundation for using the system day-to-day.
