Feeling a bit unsure about initial setup versus on-going tasks
I had this mixed feeling about how much of the WFHI setup was just a one-off thing versus what I would need to keep doing regularly. At first, it seemed like signing up and going through the onboarding were all the heavy lifts, like paying invoices and accessing telephonic support. But then I noticed the daily use of the calling tools and the database meant I actually had quite a few ongoing actions. It’s a bit tricky because I’m not sure how much time I’ll need to keep up with updating the software even though the automatic updates are helpful. The training provided gave a good overview, but some parts did feel like they were mostly focused on initial setup rather than ongoing use. I appreciated the clear communication on invoices but sometimes wondered if I’d need to reach out for support more often than planned. Overall I’m leaning towards this working well but I can’t quite tell if most of the effort is upfront or if it’s going to be a steady workload. That leaves me a little unsure about how to balance its demands alongside my other tasks.
