Feeling a bit torn after a week using it

So I’ve been using the WFHI software for daily calls and data management over the past week. Some days, the dialer worked smoothly, and it was easy to update the client database, which really helped me keep everything organized. But then on other days, the automatic updates seemed to slow things down, and I ran into some hiccups where the calling interface would freeze randomly, which was annoying since it interrupted my workflow. I appreciated how the telephonic support was reachable and polite; they helped clarify what I was doing wrong when settings weren’t applying properly. Still, the onboarding and setup flow felt a bit lengthy and unclear in parts, so I had to poke around more than I expected before I felt comfortable navigating the system. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward once I got the hang of it, though I wish the sign-up was a bit smoother. Overall, it’s a mix – some parts of the software make remote working a bit easier, but others need polishing, and I hope they iron those bugs out soon.
